This is Zions most luxurious 14,000 sq ft property known as the Zion Red Rock Oasis nestled near the heart of Zion National Park known for its slot canyons, red rock natural arches with some of the best destinations for hiking and biking, now you can experience this unique property with your friends and family.

The Oasis sits on 15 private acres near Zion National Park with 360 degree views from it's outdoor decks and balconies and comes fully packed with everything for your vacation or business meeting. It is located in the community of Rockville, Ut. This 2 story home is filled wall to wall with breathtaking views of Zions National Park and also sits right inside the world renowned Gooseberry Mesa biking trail.

It sits a few minutes away from Smithsonian Butte. This is a hidden gem that has incredible trails to explore freely with your bike or road licensed ATV equipment.

Our game rooms include ping pong, shuffle board, and 1500 sq ft indoor soccer field/indoor volley ball/dodgeball space. 10 min away from us is Zion National park also known for having some of the worlds best fishing, hiking and biking. We have kayaks, paddle boards, a jumping trampoline, private access to the virgin river, and ATV trails all on site. There is so much to do all year round!

This home has a private lake, swimming pool, sauna, theater, indoor soccer field/indoor volleyball, hot tub, 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and a 3000 square ft grand area with high vaulted ceilings, and enough room for presentations.

Kitchen: This spectacular 3,000 sq ft kitchen is set up to host even the most sophisticated dinner parties with custom river rock counter-tops, gourmet appliances, and seating for 28 guests. You can ensure they will be at the heart of every celebration.. It’s enough to make any chef jealous.

Moving Glass Windows: You can bring nature into your dining area as this expansive wall of windows magically slide open and disappear.

Surround Sound System: Enjoy background music for any occasion with the sonos speaker system that sits inside the main mansion.

Sports/Theater/Game Room Area: Designed for complete separation the game room area will feel like an entire new playground to your friends and family. You’ll have your own indoor soccer field, sauna, and theater.

Bunkhouse: Butches Bunk House is located about 10ft across from the main house. It has 7 separated stalls with rolling barn doors and sleeps 4 people to each separated area. There is a community style changing room/bathroom that has 4 changing stalls, 2 toilet rooms, and 2 showers.

Local Attractions: During the warmer months you’ll have access to some of the best hiking, fishing, and mountain biking that Utah has to offer. During the winter you will get picturesque views of the sparkling white snow against the red rock, you can hike, cross country ski, or snowshoe to Observation point which is one of the greatest scenic stops in Utah. This home offers first class access to a world renowned biking trail known as the Goosberry Mesa. This trail has the designation of ‘National Recreation Trail’ and leads right to the Ghost Town Grafton where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was filmed in 1969.

Pool: With a heated pool in the winter and a pool to cool off during the summer this is a great place to have pool side parties. Kicking back in the sun with your friends and family is one more way you can relax in this beautiful Oasis.

Massive Hot Tub: This luxurious hot tub is large enough to fit almost everyone staying with you and the perfect way to end any day after hiking or biking.

Private Beach: Enjoy our private beach along side the virgin river that sits in the backyard of the mansion. It's a perfect spot for a wedding ceremony, kids sand playing area, yoga, or a fun game of outdoor sand volleyball (must bring own net).
