The place is a little old looking but the convenience and friendliness of staff makes up for it. We had a very nice and smooth experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location many times over the years and in this unit a couple of times before. The kitchen and upstairs bath are nicely remodeled. It meets our needs and is generally clean and comfortable. Great location for walking to the slopes. Only a few negatives: Master bed could use an updated bedspread and mattress (but its okay), sometimes housekeeping isn't super detailed (dirty towels left on laundry, empty can on patio) but if you tell prop. management they will address issues right away, and lastly kitchen seems to be missing some items for cooking full meals (has essentials for the basics though). These are minor negatives to us though and overall we like this place and would stay again.

Wonderful location

We booked a last minute trip to beat the Southern California heat wave and found that booking was very easy. We called to check-in and the on-site check-in was very easy as well with a lovely properly manager. We were able to check-in early and had multiple options for late check-out. You cannot beat the location of the property if you're there to enjoy Snow Summit. The unit was clean and as advertised. We took advantage of the pool after enjoying Snow Summit. The Rec Room is not functional, with a note that mentioned theft and needing security cameras. As another reviewer stated, I would highly recommend taking your own pillow; the master bed also feels like it is decades old so be prepared.
