Fun at the beach

Amazing walking to the beach in the morning with my coffee will never get old. It very clean and had an amazing shower. Would highly recommend this condo its an convenient location to many popular spots

Amazing stay

This was by far and away the best stocked rental we've stayed in. Amenities, plenty of dishes, and even board games. Communication from the owner/manager was clear and included all the information we needed. The condo itself was super clean, cute, and comfy!! The nearest trolley stop was only a little more than a 5 minute walk away, and we didn't have to go far for anything we needed. I would highly, highly recommend this rental if you're looking to stay in Hilton Head.

nothing like how our maui condo was supplied for guests

no soap in kitchen or bath no hair dyer no beach towels construction next door for 4 days parking pass in condo, got parking ticket before we found it terrible supplies in kitchen so few pans and only 2 pots...impossiboe to cook a fun meal

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: -We are sorry to hear that you received a parking ticket before you hung up the parking pass in your car. Future guests must be sure to locate the pass in the condo and place it on their dashboard. -We are surprised to hear that you did not find soap since we supply it in the kitchen along with dishwasher pods. We will discuss this matter with our service. -We have had many of our beach towels taken or lost by previous guests which is why we no longer supply them. We apologize for how this may have inconvenienced you. -We have also had some of our pans and iron taken from the unit as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; we have since purchased a new iron, hairdryer, and pans. We will be monitoring the supply of all these household items moving forward. Thank you for providing your valuable feedback as we continue to improve the unit for future guests!

Presently surprised!

I read reviews on this property before booking and many reviews said it was unstocked with essentials, not clean and had a strange smell. I brought some extra things with us to make sure we had everything we would need just in case.To my surprise the property was perfectly clean, had more than enough supplies and the smell is nothing more than normal ground level moisture smell you get sometimes. There is an awesome air purifier in the living area and we just opened the sliding glass door for a little bit to let the fresh air in. The little community is lovely with walking/biking paths and a pool. You can walk across the street to the beach in about 5 minutes. It's perfect!We were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely consider booking again for another trip to Hilton Head.

Better options for less out there

Good location and pool is nice other than that I would look elsewhere. Spent the first hour cleaning the kitchen and the floors when we got there. Also there was an Ozone machine running when we walked in which was stinking up the place. Took a few hours with the doors open to clear the smell out. Also apparently the property manager is lurking around as he came up on the deck and took a picture of our wagon to text to me to inform me that the towels from the appt were not to be taken to the beach. Every other time we have stayed in Hilton Head beach towels were provided but not here. In fact very little is provided so make sure you bring everything with you. Oh and also the owners need to replace the keypad lock. It only works maybe half the time. Really frustrating.

Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays with four or more guests - We're pleased to share that the lock concern has been promptly resolved and replaced. The security of our guests is of the highest importance to us - We maintain transparency with our cleaning process by receiving photos from our team after they finish, and I've confirmed that the property was well-cleaned before your stay - The ozone machine in place plays a key role in ensuring a fresh and odor-free environment - We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the availability of beach items. We used to provide towels, toys, and chairs. However, due to guests frequently taking or leaving them at the beach, we've had to stop offering this service Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

I believe that the online pictures of property are misleading. Property is much older and smaller than we thought from the pictures. Also disappointed in the fact that no trash bags were provided for week's stay. Beds were not very comfortable.

Cozy little condo with just an 8 minute walk to the beach. They even let us check in one day early! Perfect for my family of four. We would definitely stay there again on future vacations.

We had easy access to the unit plenty of parking and keyless entry was easy. Parking pass is located in the unit. The walk to the beach was very easy. The unit was clean and comfortable. Morning coffee on the porch was the best! We we so close to everything! it is a great location on the Island. I would highly recommend it! Will definitely book with this unit again!

Easy walk to beach

The owner definitely took the recommendations from prior guests stays. They provided us with a map of how to get to the beach and it was not that bad of a walk especially with our baby. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for all of your cooking needs. Unfortunately, our biggest issue is the smell of the condo. Walking in you immediately get hit with the smell of must or mold. It was evident that others must have felt this as well as there were candles and plug air fresheners that were empty in the home. Every time you opened the kitchen cabinets the odor became very strong which did make it difficult to cook in the kitchen. All appliances worked well, and having the washer and dryer was very convenient. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, we would have consider staying again but unfortunately I do not feel as though I could stay there with the smell in the home.

Location great communication lacking

I would highly recommend this property due to the location and the permanent residence that live there. However, the check in process was a disaster. Our guest contact could not tell us where to pick up our parking pass (which in my opinion could easily be left in the condo by the cleaning service) Once we arrived at the condo we had been given the wrong code and could not open the door. It took 3 phone calls and a text before the guest contact reached out with the correct code. Also upon getting ready to leave we were checking to make sure we didn't leave anything so looking under beds, couch etc and found where nothing had been cleaned. There was dust, paper and an empty water bottle. Again, the location is great but in my opinion the guest contact/owner should be someone who can be close to monitor what is going on and see that things are being done correctly.

Great location. Cute condo and pool!

Easy to find, easy to check in as all information was provided a few days earlier in an email. The condo was clean but the floors felt very sandy. I guess we should expect that since you are at the beach. The bathroom rugs appeared to be dirty but again, no biggie, I just put a towel over it! Great location but it is definitely further then a five minute walk! Easily over a mile. It was probably a five minute bike ride! Drive if you have lots of stuff to carry. We rode our rented bikes and crammed everything into our basket. We had trouble finding the wifi network but we had the pass word. Come to find out, the light switch by the door shuts off the wifi and tv so leave that switch alone! A few helpful hints (a welcome letter) would have been helpful... A map on how to get to the beach, there is a path behind all of the condos that we found on our last day. The first day we walked far out of our way to get to the beach. We took Cordillo to the street light. Don't do that! It's miles away! A few bike rental places would have been helpful. Pedals is the cheapest and they deliver and pick up. The AC works great but the vents in the bedrooms do not put out any air. We slept hot but the rest of the house was cold! Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would recommend. Just a few thoughts to make it easier for the next person.
