This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

True to its name Island Sunrise is the perfect place to witness breathtaking performances of the sun! With an outdoor pool and plenty of space to grill and picnic spend your days in the lazy swing or on sugar sands. The 60 units in this traditional building are sure to please you and your entire family. When you choose this 2nd floor 832 sq ft condo you are sure to enjoy the private balcony accessed from the living room direct gulf view from the bedroom luxurious walk-in shower in master bathroom large flat screen TV contemporary beach style washer/dryer guest bedroom has twin sleeper chair master bathroom has walk-in shower large flat screen TV contemporary beach style W/D free WIFI Nov-March 2 car max nonsmoking free unlimited WIFI. Monthly stays January to April 1. Due to space parking is limited to 2 cars.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great family vacation spot

Great place! Reasonably priced. Centrally located, walk to restaurants and stores. Great access, right on the beach. We will be back.

Clean cute cozy and dynamite location

This condo was exactly as pictured. Cute, cozy, and a great location. The one big downside was the beds were extremely uncomfortable....such a shame! Would love to have visited again but but beds keeping me away from this unit.

We have stayed at various places over th last 5 years. This is just OK. The balcony is great overlooking the beach. The unit is functional but do not plan on sleeping in on your stay because there isn't a restriction on when people use carts to check in or out. People were rolling carts down the hallways at 5:30am. People checking in were rolling carts down the hall at 12:30am. The building is concrete and the carts sound like a train without the horn. Again, not updated but functional. Elevator smells very bad and you need to hold your breath. Our biggest complaints were about the building and not the unit.

We loved how everything was close to the condo and the fact that we were only steps away from the beach. It was so wonderful to hear the waves from the master room. Now what my husband and I didn't enjoy was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and the condo wasn't cleaned well at all. There was a lot of hair left in the condo from previous renters. And the cabinets in the kitchen were dirty.

Great location... walking distance to eating.. the only downside was that the beds were not comfortable. Perfect for two small families vacationing together.

Great 2 bed condo with beachfront balcony.

Great location, smaller condo building with less people on the beach. Only one elevator which can get backed up so we used the stairs most of our trip. Also having to pickup the parking permit nearly 5 miles from the condo was a minor inconvenience. However overall we enjoyed our time at this condo and would consider renting here again.

The condo was decorated beautifully and met all of our needs.

Our overall experience was wonderful except for one major thing in my book. The shower in the master bath and the shower in the additional bath was not clean. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and doing it myself to ensure it was clean. The master bath had visible dirt and hair everywhere in the shower...gross! My son found someone's used dental floss stuck to the back wall of his shower....double gross. Despite the cleanliness of the showers we definitely plan to book this same condo next year. We understand that things happen and we fully expect that this issue will be resolved for the next time.
