This recently renovated and remodeled condo is located on the second floor of the delightful and private Sand Dollar Villas. The ocean-side pool provides exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you will need. There is a spacious deck off the master bedroom (also accessible from the living room) with a view of the ocean; a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee in the morning. Stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach where you can enjoy lots of room to play. This beach is not crowded like many along the coast! Washer and dryer, new linens, a dining room table with 4 chairs, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master has a king bed and 2 twin beds are in the guest bedroom, all with new bedding! There is also a recently purchased fold-out sofa that sleeps 2. The oven and microwave have also been replaced in the summer of 2021. This newly renovated condo is minutes from historical downtown Fernandina beach and many great restaurants and shops.

Perfect beach getaway! Hardly anyone on the beach- but great to hear the waves from the condo. Condo was well appointed and cheerful. We ate at The Surf restaurant right across the street.

This is our third time staying at this property and we have had a great time every vacation. The pool is wonderful, beach access is easy, one restaurant within walking distance, and ocean views. The condo has all you need, coffee maker, good showers, keyless entry, and extra beach stuff in the closet. when you walk to the beach, you can see wildlife! Turtles, rabbits, and lizards. I was so sad to leave. Thanks for a great stay!

Well maintained, kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Steps to the beach on a boardwalk that has two areas to rinse off the sand. Unfortunately it stormed a few times but the options on the TVs were great. Would stay again for sure.

This was perfect for my husband and two daughters (4 and 6).

It was very clean and just the right amount of space for the four of us and close proximity to downtown and quite and not super crowded on the beach! We lived our stay and will definitely book the same room again!
