Our home is the perfect setting for a family to experience Sag Harbor and the Hamptons in the summer. Walk to the village, beach or play Pickleball on private courts just a block away at Mashashimuet Park. And now newly renovated, our house is better than ever.

The house is 2,000 sq ft of charm and comfort, perfectly suited for a family summer getaway. There are air conditioners in every room and separate areas for the kids (family room) and for the adults (sun room) to lounge in.

The Chef's kitchen and connected dining room is perfect to gather the family. The professional dual fuel Wolf range also has a griddle for pancakes and a grill for a rainy day bar-b-q.

With one of the largest backyards in Sag Harbor Village, you'll want to enjoy dining outdoors on the deck, with our stainless steel grill and teak dining set.

The Sunroom and the trees in the backyard.......

Make this house special. We spent all our time in the sunroom when we weren't working. We never used the living room. It was next to a very busy street. The kitchen was nice but the dining room? table was long and formal. We ate in the sunroom. The hosts were very nice and accessible.

Location, Location, Location! Super Sag House

The house was even better than I'd imagined. Walking distance to Sag Harbor Village filled with restaurants and shops. Great local beaches a few minutes away. Very comfortable home. Fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic high-speed wi-fi. Enormous backyard for lawn games. Large deck and grill for outdoor dining. Fully stocked kitchen and easy for cooking. Very helpful property manager always responded immediately. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

We love to do things as a family: walk to the village, go to the beach, play games. Our house is perfect for family activities.

Our friends are also an extension of our family. Because we're in the village, people stop over all the time.

We also can entertain in the large back yard, and across separate living rooms for adults and kids and the kitchen and dining room. The house's layout with the kitchen in the center of the house provides a perfect flow.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Houses in the woods in the Hamptons just don't make sense. You either want to be on the beaches or in the villages; that's Hamptons living.
