The pictures made the house look bigger than it actually was and the driveway up to the cabin is steeper than we thought (struggled to get up the first time). We still enjoyed the house, it was clean and had the features we were looking for, and even came with a welcome bottle of wine! The process of renting and checking out went really smooth so no real complaints from us
We had a blast at the rental. It was two couples and our little 3 mos year old, w two dogs. The cabin was perfect for our getaway weekend. Close to downtown Bryson City, walking trails etc. Will definitely book again!

Great location and exceptionally clean
We enjoyed our stay at Bear Den Cabin. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. I could tell the owners put a lot of pride into their cabin rentals. I was exceptionally thankful for the toiletries and plenty of towels and dish towels. The kitchen had a nice selection of pots and pans. We would love to go back to this location .
We stayed here for two weekend nights with 4 adults and 3 dogs. The cabin was plenty of room for everyone. The large deck was a great feature and there was just a short walk down to the firepit area. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay. We would definitely book here again.
We stayed two nights and were very happy with the cabin. It’s a nice set up for 4-6 people. It’s a secluded location but not to bad to get places like Bryson City and the mountains. It’s probably a great place if you want to go white water rafting. We would stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Not trailer or motorcycle friendly
Being this property is in the center of the Largest Motorcycle attraction, the fact that the driveway to get to cabin is located on a steep, gravel hill that we could not drive the trailer up and it was very difficult to get motorcycles and even truck up. My husband and friend even laid their motorcycles down into a fence coming down the gravel driveway. I just really think this should be listed in the booking for people to know and make a choice before booked and payment made. I also found the cleaning fee to be extremely high and was very disappointed for the 3 night stay and we had to clean cabin and "leave the way we found it" per rental agreement.

Patty, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. The property manager goes above and beyond to make guests aware of the options for motorcycle and trailer parking. For guests who aren't comfortable taking their motorcycle or trailer up the gravel road to the cabin, there is a designated flat parking area. Additionally, we understand the property manager was on-site and helped with getting your trailer parked, but we apologize if this gesture didn't meet your needs. This cabin is very popular among motorcyclists and the property manager does everything they can to ensure guests are aware of the parking options. We are confident future guests will have five-star experiences moving forward. Best, the Evolve Team
