We loved how secluded and quiet the cabin was. We live 3.5 hours away so to have something that felt like home for the weekend was very nice. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We have been coming to Peninsula State Park for many years and never realized these cottages were tucked into the Park just off Highway 42. The location was ideal, the price was reasonable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. Cozy is the right description, as you felt as if you were kicking back in someone's living room after a good hike. We would definitely stay again.

Dear Park Place Cottages, We stayed last week in one of the cottages (Cedar) and wanted to say that we had a very nice stay. We’ve been coming to Door County for the past 6 years and have stayed somewhere different every time. We’re actually considering returning next year to Park Place Cottages. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the seclusion.

Amazing Fall Biking Getaway

We just returned from our 3 night stay at Cedar Cabin. Location was absolutely perfect for biking directly into the park without having to take our bikes on and off a bike rack or pay an entrance fee into the park.Cabin had everything we needed and we really appreciated the extras like tissue, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also made use of our private fire pit on a cool autumn evening. Truly enjoyed our stay and we plan on returning.

Great location/charming cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay enjoying the most beautiful fall color right outside our door in the woods. Lovely walks in around the property as well as into the state park. It’s too bad that the Internet service is almost nonexistent, the barbecue was unusable as it only got to barely warm and the toaster didn’t work. These defects didn’t deter us from a truly memorable visit and we have only wonderful memories.

The cottage was so cozy for our stay in May. The location in the woods was quiet and beautiful. It was great to have the full kitchen and living area with a couch and chair to relax. The bedroom area was comfortable, and it was nice to have the half wall to separate the spaces. The water pressure in the shower was great. We wished it had been warm enough to have a fire in the pit outside. There was another couple in the other attached unit two of the nights we were there. We could hear that they were talking, but couldn't hear what they were saying, so it wasn't distracting. The location was very close to both Peninsula State Park, Ephraim, and Fish Creek. It was a good central spot for exploring Door County. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Lived up to the described listing. Very quaint and charming little cottage with very comfortable accommodations! Met the owner as well as the housekeeper. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend, especially for the money!
