Private Lakefront Cottage w/ Gorgeous Lake & Sunset Views!
Cozy, sun-filled four bedroom
cottage located just 5 mi north of downtown South Haven & 14 mi south of Saugatuck. Stunning lake and sunset views inside and out. Feel the lake breeze as you relax on the couch in the screened-in porch. Grill out on the deck while watching the most breathtaking sunsets you've ever seen. A true Michigan experience!
*Due to significant erosion of the bluff, we no longer have stairs down to the beach. Unfortunately there is no other way to access our private beach in the 2023 season.
The Space
Our cottage is extremely quiet and private. We own the property directly to the north, and the property to the south is separated by dense woods and is barely visible from our house, making the property extremely private.
The house is located high up on a bluff. From the house you can hear birds chirping in the yard and the waves rolling onto the beach. You can also see boats passing by. The views of the lake are stunning and the sunsets are breathtaking. It's a truly an incredibly peaceful spot to relax and unwind.
