With an open concept, plenty of dining space and four large bedrooms that sleep ten, everyone can find a spot to relax. Three bathrooms make mornings easy, and the spacious laundry room provides added convenience. The home is located in a vibrant resort community, with shared green spaces (including a fire pit) and two pools. One pool is accessed by a beautiful wooded path and surrounded by the community's marina. The second pool has a retractable roof that allows for swimming year-round and has a large hot tub. The beach is a 15-minute walk or short drive away. Discover the magic of Lake Michigan sunsets; you'll want to come back every year.

When you are not enjoying Indigo Haven, me and my family and friends are. This home is a dream come true for me in a town I love, and I'm excited to share it all with you. My dad is from Michigan and we grew up camping along Lake Michigan's shores, enjoying everything Western Michigan has to offer. I feel so fortunate to have a property now to enjoy and share.

Why they chose this property

I love how secluded the neighborhood feels, but yet is so close to everything. The landscaping and open spaces are beautiful and the pools are so special--I especially love the feel of the marina pool. You really feel like you're on vacation.

What makes this property unique

I feel like I'm on vacation the moment I step into Indigo Haven--the cool blues and open concept make it feel beachy, yet snug. My favorite room is the dining space off the kitchen overlooking the pond--so much light and a beautiful view.
