Villa Bon Bini is a Newly Renovated villa with exquisite taste located in the beautiful and quiet residence of Esmeralda in the noord area of Aruba. Featuring three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and features its own master bathroom with walk-in closet, next-door bedroom has two twin beds and its own seperate bathroom. The third spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with full ensuite bathroom, perfectly accommodating 6 people. A Spacious and Open layout Living room, Dining room and Kitchen free-flowing into the beautiful covered patio and pool area. Fully equipped well appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking some meals and relaxing at home after your day at the beach!
1 mile to our favorite Arashi Beach and 5 minutes from high rise hotels, shopping and beautiful Palm Beach.
Utilities:
The total rate includes 10% tax / service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 20,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US $400

We are two brothers and sister-in-laws that have been traveling to Aruba for the past 30 years and this year fell in love with the Villa for sale in our rental neighborhood!
Why they chose this property
Private Villa in residential neighborhood for quiet home away from home feel. The close proximity to Arashi beach and not far from wonderful restaurants and the high rise down town area made this the perfect location for us!
