Treehouse condo by the sea
Welcome to your oasis away from the city! But not too far from anywhere: 15 min from Berkeley, 20 min from Oakland, and an easy BART into San Francisco from El Cerrito del nort station. (Approximately 50 min. BART ride to SF, 18 miles by car).
This home is newly renovated, has 1 king bed and one queen, is well appointed with everything you need to entertain, lounge in comfort, cook well, grill out, and beds that beg you to sleep in.
A one mile walk along the ocean to oceanfront restaurants Salute (Italian fare), and Anh (Vietnamese), as well as a 3 mile drive to historic brunch spot Assemble, which is located in an old car assembly line building on the water. For the history lovers, this is also right next door to the Rosie the Riveter museum which is always free and full of interesting history about Richmond.
A 3 minute walk from the Pacific Bay Trail (where you can see the Golden Gate Bridge and the city across the water), this bike/walking trail is ideal for dog walking, biking, walking or running. Richmond is always between 65-75 degrees and has a lovely breeze. You can walk for miles without breaking a sweat!
This trail also leads to the famous Point Isabel dog park, where your dog can run off leash by the ocean and enjoy a perfect sunset or sunrise. There is also a dog wash and casual restaurant here for your convenience.
We hope you find the same tranquility we do in our little treehouse condo by the sea. You are also only about 20 steps to a piping hot hot tub, salt water pool and fitness center.

We are newlyweds and new home owners here in the Bay area. We met in Charleston, SC and after a year of long distance (Atlanta and Oakland), we reunited for a lifetime here at the beautiful City Hall in San Francisco. A girl from somewhere in the forests of Pennsylvania and a guy from Haiti have proven to be unlikely soulmates. :)
We rent our place out to allow ourselves to travel and visit friends and family more often, while providing an ideal retreat to our guests. We love to think of people enjoying our home as much as we do. If there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable (leave out an extra air mattress or bar) let us know!

This property is newly renovated, modern, clean and peaceful, includes access to many great amenities (tennis courts, pool, hot tub, bay trail), and is 15 minutes to the cities we love. We're also an hour from Napa.

Our spot is backed up to the ocean, giving us a cool breeze year round. We keep our windows open, enjoy the fresh air, low bills, and super hot hot tub 30 seconds out the front door.
