This is a newly renovated, fully furnished town home with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (one for each bedroom and one additional guest bathroom) and a pet-friendly backyard with privacy fencing. The Knollcrest town home is close to everything including swimming pools, boat launches, a full-service marina, on-site restaurants, fitness center, racket club for tennis and pickle ball, walking trails and world-class golf. Their are two on-site restaurants open to the public and located the the yacht and golf clubs.

This is a pride of ownership property that is well maintained and equipped with cable television and wifi.

Suited our needs well.

The upstairs was a little warm when we arrived, but it was >90 outside. Lowering the thermostat and using the ceiling fans cooled things down sufficiently in an acceptable time frame.

Amazing Weekend

We had a great weekend with family. The property was close to the lake where we rented a boat. The townhome was very nice and spacious everyone fit perfectly. Check-in and check-out were super easy.

Only partially renovated

The downstairs is renovated but the upstairs is not. The bathrooms, closets, and cabinets are older than what I worried the hotel in the town 15 minutes away would be. It smells very musty and old. Plumbing issues with a toilet and two bathroom sinks. Bring mosquito spray to spray the doors so you don’t let literally 100 bugs in. We stayed here to attend a multi-event wedding at La Torretta and didn’t want emergency maintenance to come in when we were gone. The neighborhood is very nice and safe.
