Gorgeous Spacious Waterfront Townhome

Gorgeous water front home on Lake Conroe. 3 bedrooms with a sleeping loft and a game room, this property comfortably sleeps 11 and has 3 full bathrooms. Located in a protected cove with calm water so you can swim, paddle board or kayak without worry. Curbside boat docking makes loading and unloading a breeze!

Plenty of space inside (2,315sqft) and out. Updated open floor plan interior with panoramic windows to soak it all in. Windows come equipped with motorized solar shades when privacy is desired. Utility room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. TV's are equipped with Rokus so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc account.

Many amenities close by including golf, the yacht club, fishing, boating etc. The marina shop is just a short walk away and offers boat and paddle board rentals as well as tackle and bait. We are on one of Lake Conroe's favorite fishing spots!

The yacht club provides gorgeous sprawling views of Lake Conroe, pool access as well as fantastic dining. Sunday brunch at the yacht club is very popular!

This home worked out great for our stay on the lake! We enjoyed being able to tie our boat up right in front of our unit. We loved having a nice grassy area around us for our dogs to enjoy. It's a lovely quiet place to enjoy water views and float or paddle board. We can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time at the lake and were very happy with the recommended boat rental vendor. The house was spacious and worked perfectly for both teens and adults, especially with our very different sleep schedules. The Hideaway Cove on Lake Conroe is such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better, especially with all the places pretty close to it. The house has such charm, amazing view to the lake from the back deck, great layout and exceptionally clean...We loved it!!
