Welcome to one of the most incredible places to stay in all of Alaska. La Fin De La Route at the Homer Golf Course is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with all the amenities of any world class destination. The views from this home are those that you dream about when visiting our majestic state. Every inch of this home is exquisitely detailed and set up for your trip of a lifetime. The estate sits on a 15 acre gated green space with outdoor decks, fire pits, yard games, gardens, and water features. The home also has its own private nine hole course that was featured in Golf Magazine as one of the top courses played in 2019 for the first time. It is accessible 24 hours a day using the included Rolls Royce golf cart that takes you back and forth from the house. If you are looking for a luxury escape to enjoy the true beauty of Homer then this is your dream. You will be blown away from the moment you drive through the gates. We are located just a few miles from the spit and downtown Homer. There are restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity and a taxi service that is very responsive. You can do all the activities you want while staying here, but you could also spend all your time on the property and never leave. We have a gourmet chefs kitchen, BarBQ grills, and a fire pit for late night s’mores and telling stories. Private chefs could prepare meals on property or you could cook your heart out while dining on the decks enjoying the glacier’s endless alpenglow. The home has a full gym and game room with a pool table and big screen tv with Starlink internet to watch movies or play the big game. Just taking a walk around the property is one of our favorite activities at The Woodlands. The privacy is unmatched with the entire property being gated keeping out Alaskan wildlife and paparazzi. The entire property is covered in soft manicured grass and has a large rope swing to pass the time and remove the stresses of day to day life. It truly is one of a kind. You can find me hanging out at the golf course working on my short game most of the time. So come play 9 holes with me under the midnight sun.
