LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The DOWNTOWN location is awesome! Five min walk to Lake Coeur d'Alene, beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking! This cute 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath cottage is only 6 blocks from vibrant Sherman Ave and the CDA Resort. Stroll downtown or ride the bikes (complimentary). Many new upgrades including a new hot tub, new flooring throughout, kitchen upgrades, furniture upgrades, etc. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Large flat screen smart TVs. Sleeps up to 6 people, most comfortable for four. Off street parking (driveway with carport) and storage shed to lock up your gear (at your own risk). Bicycles and hot tub are for use use at your own risk. STR Permit #52384.

We live and work in Coeur d'Alene for the love of the community and the area. We own a boutique real estate brokerage in midtown called Local Real Estate. We have been in the area for 20 years and in the real estate business for nearly 30 years. We love sharing our little downtown cottage with others!
