Beautiful Apartment In Bucerias. 7 minute walk to Beach only 3 blocks, easy access to shopping Chedraui, Mega, Farmacias and other Restaurants, WI-FI, TV Cable, Swimming Pool, Outdoor Patio off and BBQ Grill, terrace and nice yard.

The house consists of three completely independent apartments, located in the golden zone of bucerias, you can enjoy the common areas, make a BBQ on the grill, relax in the garden, read a book on the terrace or swim in the pool with water warm, the house is very safe and illuminated, have the confidence that you will be in good hands and spend an incredible time here.
All rooms have air conditioning just consider due to save energy are on from 19:00 to 01:00, kitchen with everything you need, microwave, cable TV plus internet, the pool always has warm water, and has a garden and sunbeds, BBQ grill

We loved the little private courtyard with mini pool and the ideal location- within walking distance to beach, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Could use some minor updates, but pleasant place to stay at.

Where to start!!

Upon arrival another guest had to let us in the property and had to wait for someone to come and give us keys to our room. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last tenants. Used bar of soap on windowsill in the bathroom, lights not working, fridge dirty inside, sheets and towels stained, dishes dirty, only one burner on the stove hot enough to cook anything, outdoor bbq not gas, you have to buy your own briquettes, chairs in the outdoor area are disgustingly dirty, one of the two loungers is broken, cushions dirty, need I go on!!!

George you stayed for more than 10 days in my house, was talking to you and provide all that you requested for your confort, we do the cleaning twice a week, and you never told about the cleaning, I highly recommend you to let the host know the first day or cancel the reservation and not to stay for almost 15 days and then review really poor, best whishes to you.
