About this property

CASASOBREOMAR INSTA THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW ON THE ISLAND, in a Condominium in the Historic Center

Accommodation for a maximum of 16 people.
* We have 4 extra mattresses, but above 16 people is charged per person surplus per day. *


The house is in a gated community with total security and excellent location, right in the village (in centrinho: no traffic!).

Panoramic view in all the environments for the whole canal, the house is well ventilated (without mold).

There are 05 (five) Suites all with air conditioning and cable TV. Are:
02 suites with 01 double bed, and
03 suites with 01 double bed and 01 single bed with 01 extra bed underneath).

The rates include bed linen, table and bath rental. Including cleaning service (from 8:30 am to 4:00 p.m.).

Pets are not allowed, as well as cherishing the care and maintenance of the furniture, the house has no walls and a place to leave animals trapped.

The payment is made with 50% on the contract and the remaining 20 days before entering the house; During the stay I always ask you to leave a security check to guarantee the good use of the house, if there are no eventualities, at check-out we returned this check, we never had any problems!

Excelente custo benefício!

A estadia foi excelente, dentro de condimínio e próximo a tudo. A casa é fiel ao anúncio, bem limpa com troca de roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. A Lena, governanta da casa é excelente pessoa e profissional, pró-ativa, atenciosa e prestativa, sempre ativa na sua função. O prorpritário Viniius tbam muito atencioso e disponível. Com relação a sugestões, diria que a casa seria ainda melhor com algumas manutenções simples, como colar pastilhas da piscina (algumas soltando),deck da casa que necessita de uma manutenção, colocar um ventilador potente na área de lazer, e ar condicionado na sala principal. (mas digo que nenhuma destas sugestões chega a desmerecer a casa, que funciona muito bem).

Casa sem manutenção

A casa e muito boa com localização Boa, porém suja e precisando de várias manutenções. O proprietário coloca no anúncio uma arrumadeira das 8:30 as 16:30 que nunca chega e nem sai no horário. Piscina com pastilhas soltando e suja além de falta de iluminação
