Very nice little condo. Exactly as advertised and in a great location with everything you Need within walking distance. Awesome beach view from the balcony. We had a slight issue with the AC and they were right on it and fixed it within an hour (it was even after hours). Very pleased with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Strand. The view is spectacular and the King size bed is very comfortable. However we had issues with the air conditioning, but that was thankfully fixed promptly. We also had a problem with the dish washer, but this was fixed promptly as well.

St. Pete Beach Getaway

A friend and I met for a long weekend getaway. Maria in the office was so friendly and the check in process was seamless. The unit was clean and the kitchen stocked with anything we needed. The best part was the view. The pictures don't give it justice. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony looking out. The condo is in a great location with restaurants and grocery within walking distance. We hope to return.

Betty, the Property Manager, was outstanding and highly accommodating. Just be prepared the property only allows for one parking space so if guests come you need to make other arrangements so an extra car does not get towed. Everything about the place was wonderful and location is right across the street from Publix’s and a shopping plaza — it’s all you need! So Uber in and you can save your one car space for your guest!

We have continued to come back to Gulf Strand Resorts for several years now. We live in AZ and need some ocean time every summer! This facility is well maintained and the on-site manager, Betty, is the most helpful and polite person and a joy to work with! The location has stunning views and the beach is clean and easy access. Love it!

Location was amazing!

The condo and beach were both great! Everything was clean, the beach is a short walk away, and the balcony offers an amazing view! There were chairs and coolers provided in the room. We would definitely stay again!
