Good location

Property needs updating for price paid. Noisy, toilet running, shower dripping, shower door almost fell off. Outdated bedroom furniture, mattresses ok, noisy shutter outside window. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Good location. Disappointed.

Spitzen Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. 2 Paare konnten die beiden Schlaf- und Badezimmer sehr gut nutzen und der Aufenthalt im Wohnküchenbereich war gut. Einzig ein Tisch mit 4 Sitzgelegenheiten fehlt zum Essen oder für Gesellschaftsspiele. Die Lage ist äußerst gut, Parken im EG ist komfortabel. Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

I was very disappointed in this rental. It was surface clean but very beat up looking. The sofa was stained and had no support. The balconies were dirty and had the cheapest chairs. The bathtub didn't drain. There was no DVD player as advertised.

The place is very well located but …

The place is very well located, the apartment is very beautiful and small enough, it has a new sofa, chairs, umbrella, but it does not have beach towels and is in need of a deep clean. I had to clean the fans because dirt was falling; I complained to the front desk, they said they do not have time. I had a problem with the tv; I asked them to fix it, they replied that it is not a hotel and I had to call the cable company myself. There were no extra toilet paper or garbage bags, I had to go out and buy some. It is not possible to contact the owner of the apartment for any problems that need to be solved. The pool is super small for 2 huge buildings, there is a 11 person max in that area. Everyone is only allowed one space in the parking lot and if there are more cars you have to pay.

The sofa sleeper was broken so we had to pull the mattress off every night and put it on the floor. The mattress on the sofa sleeper was 2 inches think and all you could feel were springs. One of the bar stools were broken and the ice maker in the freezer leaked. The location was great.

Great Location/ Size But Needs Some Updating

We loved the layout, size and location of the condo but the mattresses/ sleeper sofa are in great need of being updated. The mattresses were very uncomfortable (too firm) as was the sleeper sofa. Everyone woke up each morning with back issues. If those could be updated, it would be a fantastic condo.
