My Beautiful Harborside Condo is located just 1/2 west of Downtown Port Clinton. Two beaches are close by, one is a 5 min walk east across the street, the other beach is 1/4 mile west, parking is available for both.
Downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express to the Islands is a 10-15 min walk.
My Condo is on the second floor and is VERY CLEAN AND SERENE. It has 2 Bedrooms (sleeps 6+), 1 Bath. is fully furnished with all the amenities; Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Cable and Wi-Fi. Plus more; Whole House Heat and Air Conditioning, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, and Garbage Disposer. It is larger in size. It has a Brand-New 2011 Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Gas Grill Area, Picnic Pavilion, and Playground with Sandbox. The Condo overlooks a Beautiful Harbor on the Portage River and you have a Lake View from the bedroom window. A 30' Boat Slip just outside is optional for rent.

I've been renting my condos since 1995 and we presently rent 5 condos on the Beautiful Waters of Lake Erie in Port Clinton. We have many loyal customers that come back year after year because they feel they are getting the best Value for their money with the most Luxury while still feeling at home in our condos. I have personally decorated all of our condos, not as rentals but as I would my own home. I spare no expense to give you the best and most luxurious settings you will ever experience.
Why they chose this property
I already own a condo directly on Lake Erie and I loved the beautiful Laid Back Harbor setting of this condo while still having a view of Lake Erie. The complex is smaller with only 95 condos and much more relaxing than most with many more condos. The other owners are very friendly and accommodating. This is the only complex I know in Port Clinton that has 3 Community Gas Grills that anyone can use. It also has Charcoal grills if you BYO charcoal. The pool is only 2 years old and is Award Winning with a relaxing Hot Tub. There is a Beautiful Cabana at pool side with picnic tables or you can picnic in the grass with many tables and grills.
You can bring your own boat and park it in your own dock just outside your condo for an optional fee, or you can fish off the dock.
