NB: Building work is at the front of the property. Disruption kept to a minimum. Limited to weekdays between 7am-5pm.
Price been reduced to allow for this. Apartment Is double glazed.


Our apartment is warm, modern, quiet, private and spacious.
Close to airport, easy drive to city centre and access to other areas of Christchurch.

Separate private entrance +24hr lockbox for early/late self checkin or out.
Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Quality linen/towels provided.
Warm (or cool) with heat pump/aircon.

Great little place near Christchurch airport.

We had an early flight out of airport the following morning and this was the perfect place to do that. Very well appointed and had everything you might need and more. HIghly recommend this place if you are in the area!

Home from home

We were in NZ for 6 weeks and we needed a base and the Pumphouse was the perfect location. We did a lot of travelling and always felt we had come home when we returned to the Pumphouse. Helen and Les went above and beyond to make us feel welcome including our daughter, who lives in Christchurch, came to visit us.
