Great place and attentive host. New living room furniture and kitchen appliances not shown really were a pleasant surprise. Easy walk to the slopes and to Fresh Market, too. Hot tub jets are fantastic! If it’s available, snatch it up!

We loved our stay at this clean, nicely decorated condo. The owner was super helpful and responded to all of our needs. The kitchen is well stocked with new, high quality pots and pans and ample cleaning and paper supplies. The condo has a real fireplace and plenty of wood was provided. The location is just a short walk to downtown Park City, the slopes and the bus line. We would definitely stay here again!

Accommodations during Sundance

This was a great place to stay for me and a few colleagues. Also near a bus-stop so easy to get around. Tom was very easy to communicate with, respectful, and accommodating. Would recommend this space to anyone visiting Park City.

Great Winter Getaway

Tom’s property was the perfect place for a long ski weekend. The place was an excellent and cozy home base for two - conveniently close to Park City lifts complete with a hot tub for apres ski. Tom was very helpful answering any questions we had!

Stayed at Tom's condo during Sundance for the weekend it was great! Really great location, very clean and comfortable. Didn't ski this time but walking distance to the Park City Resort. Easy to get around with shuttles and buses a very short walk away, or 15min walk to Main St. Thanks so much!

2nd Stay

This was our second time staying at Tom’s, and once again it suited our needs perfectly. This condo is so cozy and perfectly situated within walking distance to PC lifts. We ended our stay with an unexpected powder day, and will likely be back next season!

This was our 4th year in a row of staying in this property for our annual Park City snowboarding trip and we will never stay anywhere else! Call me slow, but this was the first year we realized just how close downtown is to walk-no parking hassles! Of course the best part is putting on our boots and being a quick walk to the lifts. Once back at the property an evening hot tub session, or even a swim in the pool, is a perfect way to relax. Love being able to do laundry the night before we head home so we don't have anything to do but unpack. Spotless, well maintained, and comfortable. Host is on top of things with communication and check in is a breeze.
