Country Club feel in the Sonoran desert in this beautiful 1 level 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a completely private backyard, 60 foot salt water lap style pebble tech heated pool (Pool heating is optional and at the tenants expense), indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, outdoor seating, dinning area (s) and three additional gas fire bowl torches to accent the swimming pool. An electric vinyl pool cover retracts and covers the pool every night to preserve water temperature with the turn of a key.

The executive home is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and is perfectly situated for walking or hiking within the fully gated community. Close proximity to Pleasant Lake, Scottsdale shopping, restaurants or a multitude of Phoenix and area activities. A beautiful 1.5 hour drive to Sedona. The large open gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and filled with beautiful dark cabinets, granite counters, gas range, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to a large great room with a reclining sofa, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The elegant formal dining room has a beautiful wood dining table with 8 chairs. The house is fully equipped, appliances are new and includes a full size washer/dryer.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed with two night tables and lamps, dresser and a walk out to the pool. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, walk in closet, his and hers vanity sinks and a large relaxing soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, and lamps. The 2nd bedroom has a full bath with a sink and shower / tub combination. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, night table and lamp. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed. Between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms there is a full bathroom with a double sink vanity and a tub/shower combination.

This house is available year round with a reasonable rate that is very affordable and represents great value for this upscale area.

Great location, spacious home has everything needed to enjoy your stay.

Loved the pool and the outdoor area. The house was comfortable and even had an R.O. water system which we appreciated ( not having to purchase and haul drinking water). We would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys a peaceful, quiet well appointed home to spend vacation time in.

Great house, great location

We loved this house. Very well built, well furnished and the back yard is wonderful. We turned the heat on in the pool when our grandkids came to town and they loved it. We also sat outside every night with the surround sound stereo system going and played cards - very relaxing. Everything we needed was in the house when we got there. We had one small problem with the hot water heater and the property manager was at the house within 10 minutes to solve it. Anthem is a beautiful area with every store near by and lots of things to do. If we come back to Phoenix next year we hope to stay here again.

wonderful house

This house was perfect for our family. It’s in a gorgeous gated country club community that is surrounded by mountains. The clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from the house and has the most breathtaking sunsets. There are sidewalks throughout the community so you can walk for miles, there are bike paths throughout and a significant hike up Daisy Mountain that starts just up the road. The communuty is very quiet and peaceful but there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops a few minutes away. The house itself is much larger than the pictures show. The kitchen is huge and very well equiped for a long term stay. We spent most of our time in the yard which is really beautiful. There is a covered patio overlooking a stunning pool and rockscaped yard. We ate most of our meals out there. Both the owner and manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was our home away from home for a month and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

Quiet and Comfortable

Located in a cul de sac, this quiet home was very comfortable and we spent a cozy Christmas here before our move out of state. Couple little odd ball things needed to be fixed and the owner/property manager were super quick to help. Just a short walk to Ironwood, great location. Will likely return. Allan was very accommodating. Thank you!

Our Michigan get away

This was our second time staying in this home. It is so beautiful! It is a quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again. I was sorry to see that our datesfor this winter are already booked. The owners are great to work with and their maintenance man was too. It is nice to have someone close that will come and take care of any problems. JW

Excellent House

We totally enjoyed our stay. Traveled with elderly parents who each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Fireplace in living room was great on the cool mornings and nights. Kitchen was fully equipped and was very spacious. Very close to shopping areas and the interstate which was nice for traveling to the other areas of Arizona. Would suggest hand rails in bathrooms. We bought are own suction handles which were easily removed.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying at your home! It was much more than I expected. The house was huge and such a beautiful yard too! I wish we could have used the pool but the weather did not cooperate. The furniture was beautiful, nice linens, and just about everything we needed was supplied. The owner was very easy to work with and the caretaker was over quickly to take care of any problems that we had. I would highly recommend this home. It was bigger than what my husband and I needed but it is an excellent home for entertaining.
