Enjoy a newly renovated tile bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances and dishes. This studio comes complete with a Murphy Bed, Wi-Fi and smart TV with Roku. Your balcony overlooking Smith Mountain Lake, is a perfect backdrop for vacation or weekend get-away. Park right at your door and step inside. Guests have use of the pool, gazebo, grills, picnic tables and, with additional reservations, the marina and boat launch. (Use of marina requires prior reservations separate from condo. Be sure to ask about marina policies.) Sleeps 2 adults comfortably, Come relax and enjoy.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please leave the air conditioning on when you leave. Turn the temperature up a bit (75) before you go.

There is a dumpster within easy walking distance just past the pool. Please put all of your trash in the dumpster before you leave.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

After 10 p.m. please be considerate of your neighbors and keep it quiet.

PET OWNERS are required to keep dogs on a leash at all times. No pets in Pool area. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.

The fire pit on site is for OWENERS ONLY. Please do not use the ifre pit.

Our 2-day stay at this condo was wonderful. The proximity to the lake in the state park is perfect. The place was very nicely appointed with dishes, linens, towels, and myriad of convenient supplies. The Murphy bed was exceedingly comfortable and the kitchen had all the typical conveniences. A minor glitch was cleared up relatively quickly and everything went smoothly. The view was great and the pool was sparkling and lovely. My only wish is that we had booked for four nights instead of two!

This is a clean, pleasant, small condo spot by Smith Mountain Lake. It was nice to be able to bring the dog and enjoy the pool as well as the lake. It was, however, annoying to be told to bring all sheets, towels, pillows, and kitchen towels only to arrive and find them all provided. Glad they were, but what a pain to pack all that stuff for no reason. There were no paper towels, no bath soap, and the bathroom hand soap dispenser was so low it wouldn't pump and the remains had clearly been watered down. I expect more for the price.

Why they chose this property

I love the mountains and I love the water. Smith Mountain Lake was the perfect place to get away from it all. The people, the landscape, the wildlife - I love it all. That's what drew me to this place.
