The house was beautiful during our stay in mid September. The home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Accommodated our group very well. In Colorado Springs for the fallen firefighters memorial and the property was great.

Chad was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house was very roomy (we had four adults/two couples) and you can tell that Chad really anticipates what guests might need (from toiletries to games to snacks). Location is great. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable & well stocked. Our family has 3 teenage boys & they loved the game room, hot tub & recliners. Chad was a great host & had everything ready for us earlier than check in. Check out was great with no to-do list! Hope to stay here again.

We came to Colorado Springs to get married and I am so glad we went with this VRBO. The home felt like our own, so clean it looked like it had not been used before, we had everything we needed for cooking including seasonings and utensils. The location was central to the city so everything was about 20 minutes away that is in Colorado Springs too. We had a blast and we would go out of our way to book again with this host.

Very nice, spacious, super clean house in NE Colorado Springs. Perfect location for the band competition we went to at the Air Force Academy. Only about a 20-minute drive to get there. Close to many many different shops and restaurants. A nice fenced-in yard for the dog. We didn't use the hot tub but it definitely has one and a nice patio out back. Nice big kitchen, four good size bedrooms, at least three bathrooms ( not sure if there was one on the lowest level or not?). Also a cute little game room on the very lower level with a pool table. Be aware if you have a senior pup that there are quite a few stairs to navigate. Chad was very kind and responsive and left us lots of goodies on the counter and milk and orange juice in the fridge. We had a great stay! A very nice property that I would highly recommend if you are going to Colorado springs.
