The house was perfect, just as the pictures show. It was very well stocked. The property was beautiful and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting outside watching the sheep and chickens. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The home and property are stunning, set in a peaceful rural setting that truly felt like a home away from home. June and Greg were incredible hosts—so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. With our daughter living in New Zealand, we know we’ll be back, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We had a wonderful stay at Trissaro Lodge Farm House. The property is beautifully presented with stunning views, yet it’s so close to the centre of town. Parking was easy and everything we needed was right there on site. The house was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent. It was exactly what we needed for our extended family gathering. Highly recommended!

It was fine. Only thing that needs addressing is the can opener that doesn't work.Only complaint was the owner on Sunday when we had been out for most of the day, 3.30pm 30 minutes after getting back, decided to mow the lawns around the house with a ride on mower for the next 2 hours!!! And it was definitely the owner as we saw him later moving his sheep. He would have had from 10am till 4pm the following day to mow the lawns. So not impressed. We paid good money, just to be disturbed.

Fantastic rural property

Loved this little farmhouse. It has been nicely updated inside and is comfy cozy! There is a grocery within a short drive along with a few eateries. Nothing within walking distance, but that is part of the charm of this place. Our girls enjoyed petting the horses/cows on property.
