Pathways wind through manicured gardens filled with colorful bougainvillea and hibiscus, passing tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and shaded picnic areas. The South Seas community is filled with countless other deluxe amenities, including gas grills, fitness center and a social room with daily activities.

Inside your unit, the coral-hued tile and nautical décor create any easygoing seaside feel. Sliding glass doors fill the rooms with natural light. The beach is the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the comfort of a living room decorated with colorful paintings of sailboats and bowls of shells and other sea treasures.
