This luxury absolute waterfront cottage is situated on 3 acres of beautifully manicured land in the heart of Tasmania , complete with its own private beach. Situated at the tip of the Tamar Valley wine region, the cottage is perfect for couples in search of a romantic setting to reconnect, or families wanting a memorable holiday destination near Greens Beach.

Relax and bathe in our newly installed 4 person hot pool/tub. Which is chemical-free and a lovely cedar round shape. If you're brave enough it can be set to 3 degrees and used as an ice bath.

Fully renovated with interior design by leading Sydney interior designers Home Remedy, the cottage contains only the finest furniture and fittings.

The newest installation is our super fast reliable internet provided by STARLINK - which is Elon musk space x internet solution across the world providing super fast internet in remote places
All run via satellites around the world, which makes it the fastest internet online .

HOME TRUTH/S:

Wheelchair friendly, the property includes an access ramp, walk-in shower & complete level access inside.

This property is family-friendly and we can provide a porta cot, high chair, and toys. Please ask should you require anything else.

The beds are set up as 1 x king and 2 x single.

There are bifold/ concertina doors between the two bedrooms. Please check the photos in the listings to see if this suits your needs.

Weddings/events considered. Please enquire.

No washing machine or dryer on the property but there is a local laundromat in Beauty Point to do your laundry

The hot tub has no spa/bubbles functionality

No more coffee moka pot thing - we now have a Nespresso machine and we supply pods

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
