This was an awesome place with a great location. Close to transit but few tourists. It was perfect for our family of four. (The futons were so comfortable, we bought the same one for our bed when we got home.) Would highly recommend!

Perfect Place in Tokyo

This place was nice and in a really great area. Very close to train stations to access anywhere you want to go all over Tokyo. Great stay!

Great place to stay!

Perfect place, lots of shops and restaurants in the area! Really enjoyed the room, there is enough beds for 5 but it would be a tight fit! Very nice clean area with a great shower! Would recommend this place

Good stay

Small space with little privacy between rooms so make sure everyone gets along well! Aside from this the beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and has a 711 near by!

Great location, great host

The apartment is fairly small and I would recommend booking if a small party of 3 adults at most. The apartment is also quite dated and the level of cleanliness is under the expectation. However, during the stay, the host was super responsive and friendly. Plus, the location of the apartment is superb.

This apartment was difficult to find for the taxi driver, but once we found it it, it was easy to get into and very clean. The only thing we were not preprared for was how small it was. It was approximately 300 ft2.the second bedroom and bathroom were only separated from the main living space by curtains.

Great location, needs some upkeep

Apartment was easy to find and in a great quiet location. It was easy to get around from there. It was very dusty, especially the A/C heater unit and surrounding area. Glasses had lipstick stains and cutlery was quite dirty. Otherwise, it was a comfortable apartment and these were minor things and this wouldn’t stop me from going back. The host was responsive on emails and very helpful. The check in and out process was very easy as well.

Good location, but small and in need of work

The place is in a great spot and convenient to everything. That said, it is advertised as a 2 bedroom, but if you pay attention to the photos and sq.ft. (which I did not) you will realize it is a studio with a curtain and screen. The photos are all of the same room with the furniture moved around. There is no place to put both your luggage and the furniture. The table was broken and unusable, the flooring worn and dirty and literally there is no place to stand or walk if the beds are made except on the beds. Also be aware that the stairs you need to use to get to the unit are very steep and narrow. My family and I are in good shape, but it was a struggle to get our bags up the stairs and maintain our balance going down. Think of this place as a worn out studio in a great spot that you can cram some bodies into and you will be accurate.

Das Apartment ist optimal gelegen, aber sein Zustand ist bestenfalls mäßig. Das beginnt mit der Feuchte des Apt, in dem Stoff nicht richtig trocknet (vielleicht weil die A/C Wartung braucht), geht über den Esstisch, dessen Bein lose sind, so dass er nicht nutzbar ist, bis hin zu den Zuleitungen zur A/C, auf denen es schimmelt. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist, mag das aber hinnehmbar sein, denn wie gesagt: die Lage ist top!

The room was very clean and the best thing was a basket of complimentary Japanese snacks!

The apartment was very convenient to go anywhere since the hub station, Shinbashi was only 5min on foot. Also we could walk to Imperial palace and a famous shopping district, Ginza. And there were many kinds of restaurants around the house from Ramen, Sushi restaurants, Izakaya to a beer restaurant, Italian, Chinese... I didn’t have any problems to find places to eat. The room was very clean and the best thing was a basket of complimentary Japanese snacks!
