Beautiful home located in the heart of Margaret River, a short stroll to cafes, restaurants and bars.

Make Margaret River your home with this very private, modern holiday home. Meters from great cafes and bars, Tooty's Place is the perfect place to relax with family and friends in between wine tours. You can even bring your dog!

The Space:
A modern three bedroom house located in the heart of Margaret River Town, a short stroll to beautiful walking/cycling trails, restaurants, cafes and shops on the main street of Margaret River and a leisurely 10 minute drive to some of Margaret River's best beaches and wineries.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is light and bright with comfy seating in front of the TV. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 x queen bedrooms and one single bedroom with 2 x single beds. There is a main bathroom with shower, a laundry and separate WC. The outdoor area is paved with a grass area and features a BBQ ready for you to create a lovely outdoor evening meal.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Pets: the house is “pet friendly” and you can bring your furry family member along with you for your stay and enjoy the many dog friendly beaches in the Margaret River Region. The yard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking.

We had a great time at the property, the kitchen and webber was more than enough for food needs. Bedding and bathroom was tidy and comfortable. Would definitely come again for a weekend trip!

Great spot

Nice little villa right in the heart of Margs. At the back of a group of four and not too far from anything. Being able to bring the dog was much appreciated.

Great Place, Great Location

Lovely place for us to have for our first visit to the Margaret River region.Easy access, place was clean. The only minor quibble we have is that there was no dishwasher as I think it stated there was one. Didn't matter as we were out every night so did not cook but might be worth Stayz checking the property details.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 9 yr old grand daughter & our 2 sm dogs, very happy with our choice of accommodation, very clean and sm enclosed area for the pets. Beds comfortable. Walking distance to main street. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us

What a delight - I was so impressed with how close this unit is to the town centre. If you book the Rustico Ride for the Rustico degustation the pickup spot is a two minute walk downhill! Not only that, but all the shops and restaurants are right there too.The unit is well presented, great little area and perfect for our dog. Loved the shower and couches were very comfortable. Has a tricky driveway so we were lucky one of our friends drives and parks big trucks in tight spaces for a living, but you only need your car if you want to go outside of Margaret River town (we went to Mammoth Cave and Witchcliffe, highly recommend!). I'd suggest reversing all the way down the driveway if you want to drive daily. Beds were very comfortable, we loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Hi there the tv wasn’t great at all I know you can’t control the weather but there was nothing to get the clothes dried even though you had a clothes airer which wasn’t the best.The heat pump wasn terrible we found it didn’t heat the house up. The door in one of the bedrooms wasn’t good it made that much noise when you tried to get out it shook the sliding door. The driveway is dangerous the barbecue was dirty when we used it we cleaned it up when we finished overall I’m not impressed Thank you

We do want to note that the reverse cycle heating in the house is fully functional, but like many systems, it may require the correct mode and temperature setting to work effectively. If you had reached out during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist with checking the settings to ensure you were comfortable. We also have two portable heaters available in the house for extra warmth. Regarding the barbecue, we would have gladly come to clean or take care of it had we known. We always encourage guests to contact us with any issues so we can resolve them quickly. We appreciate your comments and will continue to make improvements where we can. Great location to town centre

We would stay here again! House was clean, tidy and very well situated near pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes in Marg River town centre, all in walking distance which is great with the dog. Yard is fine and secure however lots of ants so definitely can not leave dog food out too long

Overall a good place

We had a good couple of nights here. We loved that it was very close from everything and that the kitchen was very equipped. A few details to improve : one of the single beds was very uncomfortable to sleep in and when arriving the cleaner was still there so we had to wait around and be careful with the wet floors.

We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South".
