About this property

Single-story house with a swimming pool.

Suitable for anyone looking for comfort and cosiness, this house has three suites. Covered garage for two cars, and uncovered for three. Living room with television, its front door leads to the front porch area, with hammocks and fruit trees, ideal for a nap after an afternoon on the beach. Kitchen, living room with glass wall, which allows even the green beauty of Itamambuca to be seen during meals. Bar, barbecue and swimming pool. The house has ceiling fans in every room, shutter doors and screens to keep out insects. It has 300m2 of green area and 200m2 of built area. In addition to being close to the beach, from the gate of the house you can see the horizon of the sea, and reach it in less than three minutes of walking. In total there are three suites. One with a double bed, another with a double bed and a bunk bed and the third with two bunk beds. All rooms have a ceiling fan and one of the bedrooms has air conditioning.
