The spaces are designed to live comfortably with good natural lighting, oriented to be fresh and well ventilated. Also we have air conditioning and fan for maximum confort.
The kitchen is total equipped, for those who like to cook, enjoy doing it!
It is a quiet area, close to main square, 5 blocks distance.
The architecture lends itself to have meetings connecting interiors and exteriors.
Walking, between 2 and 7 minutes away are the best restaurants and cafes in the city. 5 blocks away is located the local supermarket. Sea and boardwalk 4 blocks.
