We're an Ohio couple who have two sons who chose to go to college in Colorado. We fell in love with the area and discovered Winter Park. We loved the laid-back, affordable atmosphere, and our ski-crazy kids think Winter Park is among the best ski mountains in the West. We love the easy access to town, and the Fraser River views.
Why they chose this property
We upgraded to this larger property ten years after buying our first mountain condo a couple miles down the road in Fraser. We love the tranquil setting! Surrounded by mountains and the soothing sounds of the Fraser River, you can walk to everything- the grocery, shops, restaurants, recreation center, movies, bowling and shuttle to the slopes.
What makes this property unique
We believe The Telemark is the nicest complex in the area. It offers deluxe amenities, best location, and is kept in very nice condition by the association and owners. Fabulous location!
