About this property

Ramatici Ohana Hale is a spacious three-bedroom custom home with panoramic views of the mountains, waterfalls and distant Hanalei Bay. Located on 1/3 acre in the serene and exclusive Sunset Drive neighborhood of Princeville, the home is adjacent to the community’s heated pool and tennis court.

The newly updated home encapsulates the Aloha spirit with thoughtful amenities and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The two-story open floor plan is designed to comfortably accommodate families, couples and groups of friends. As you enter the bright and airy home, the large living room spreads out to the left. To your right is the dining area which leads to the well-equipped gourmet kitchen. The sliding door opens from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area and Weber barbecue.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with king beds. The primary suite upstairs is stunning: a huge bedroom with a king bed, 55" flat screen TV and en-suite bath with double sinks. A spacious family room with a wet bar and reading nook opens onto the lanai which will surely become your favorite place to hang out. Views, views, views everywhere!

From the upstairs lanai, you will have front row seats to Kauai's magical paradise, where waterfalls rush hundreds of feet down the majestic mountains that cascade into the azure waters of Hanalei Bay. Watch the sky turn the colors of the rainbow at sunset and listen to the crashing surf at night.

Fire up the Weber gas barbecue grill on the backyard patio for a dinner of fresh island fish complemented by organic produce from the local farmers markets. Or take a 10-15 minute stroll to nearby restaurants for sushi, pizza, island favorites and live Hawaiian entertainment. Venture a bit further to the Princeville Center or take a 10-minute drive to the charming beach town of Hanalei for more ... more great food, more Hawaiian music, more aloha!

Perfect House for Families and Friends

Loved this house, perfect for our family of 4. If you are looking to stay on the North side of the island, Princeville is a great place. Very quiet compared to the typical resorts on the island. The house is beautiful; very spacious, great kitchen with everything one would need for cooking in (if that's your plan). Great heated pool right next door and AMAZING views from the top floor. Would 100% stay here again!

The Best Part of Princeville

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, we absolutely love working with Lucy and her team at Kauai Vacation Rentals and have been doing so for nearly a decade. We lived on island for some time and this home is in our favorite part of Princeville, so to have an affordable option to experience this space with incredible views, comfortable beds, and a well equipped home could not be better. 3 king beds allows a family to spread out or travel with other couples with ample room to spread out. Easy walk to Happy Talk Lounge and the beach below (Puu Poa), Hideaways, and the back door entrance into Princeville to avoid traffic. So quiet and the surrounding homes make you feel like you are staying in a botanical garden. Sunsets from the lanai are stunning as are watching the waterfalls, rainbows, and sunrise colors on the mountains. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you Lucy!
