Everything was exactly as pictured and was a great place for 5 adults to stay for family weekend at KU. Going back and forth to Lawrence was quick and easy for this location. Beds were comfy, inside the home was clean and had everything we needed! It is on a busy street so during the day you hear traffic but at night was quiet. Would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic stay. We were only in Topeka for a couple of days to visit my 90 year old grandparents. The open floor of this home worked very well for them to get around. The kitchen and whole house has been remodeled and beautiful with lots of windows for natural light and upgraded kitchen equipment that made cooking for my family a breeze. The only suggestion I'd make would be a ramp to make it more accessible for folks that have accessibility difficulties. All in all 5 stars, would certainly recommend. As I told the host, we'll be looking for this place again for our next visit to Topeka
