Step inside to discover a spacious, open-concept living area with panoramic ocean views, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. Relax on the plush sofas while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or connect to the wireless internet for some light browsing.

The bedrooms are a sanctuary of tranquility, each with its own full bathroom and unique coastal-themed decor. Five of the bedrooms boast king-sized beds, while the sixth offers a cozy full bunk bed setup, perfect for families. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Enjoy the ultimate beachfront experience with private access to the sandy shores, a private deck with a BBQ grill, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The hot tub and private spa provide the perfect spot to soak up the ocean views and rejuvenate after a day of adventure.

Family vacation

Property was great set up for multiple families to stay. Would highlight that it has 2 sets of washers/dryers in unit which is so helpful with kids. Only complaint is refrigerator. We planned to eat most meals in but had to throw away most of the food we purchased because the fridge does not cool down to acceptable temp. and did not keep anything cold.

Everything was great from the rooms to the scenery to the neighborhood as well!

Our experience was great! We had an awesome time there! Waking up to having a front row seat at the ocean was amazing. We have a big family and everyone slept comfortably. It was our first time renting a beach house and we’ll definitely do it again.

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with appliances but the rental management replied immediately and fixed whatever needed to be fixed immediately. I would rent here again.

Great vacation

Overall our experience was wonderful! Beautiful location and amazing view of the ocean! It was the perfect space for our family gathering as the kids took the bunk bed room and the adults could hang out in the common area. When we had an issue at the house, the property manager was quick to respond. We would definitely consider returning again one day!

Spring break trip

The property etc is perfect except for the parking. It is a very tight squeeze in the garage, so that was nerve wracking. And the refrigerator door opens into the wall, which is cumbersome. But any little nuisance was more than offset by the gorgeous views and the ideal house setup for our college golf team. The property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend this property (if you’re good at using backup cameras etc.) We would stay there again!

Good location for large or multiple families

It’s a great location, nice home, comfortable beds and pillows, and clean. It’s very sparsely stocked by comparison to other VRBO’s in the area we’ve stayed in. The TV upstairs in the family room is broken and unfortunately that’s the ONLY comfortable place to sit. They’d do well to eliminate one bedroom and make another sitting room with comfortable furniture.

Nice place but bad rental company

The place was nicer than expected but communication with the company would take days and sometimes they just never responded. We had problems with the water heater that they didn’t seem to care about and when they reached out about a late check out we asked for one, then they never responded and showed up at ten to kick everyone out. Had a nice time but don’t think we’ll be back. Oh, they also wanted to know everyone in our group’s professions which I think is a little much.

Just OK

I was warned that cleaning crew hung in garage and smoked during checkin. I was warned that although it says there's an elevator it never works. I was not warned that the AC was window units that struggle to keep the place cool. And that the parking in the garage is extremely tight and difficult to unload car with the other unit vehicles in there too. The beach was a short walk but dirty and crowded. All in all a "OK" experience but I don't think I would tent there again.

Perfect Leadership Team Retreat Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was everything it was portrayed to be. I would suggest clarifying in the description that there is only 1 bedroom with bunkbeds and that there are a number of stairs to navigate. The unit was clean. The customer service was excellent. We had someone who had difficulty navigating the stairs and the property mgmt company was quick to send someone to give us access to the elevator. The views were amazing and added to our retreat experience. Beach access was easy. Our team enjoyed shopping & dining at The Forum, Carlsbad as well as local restaurants such as The Flying Pig. I definitely recommend Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals and in particular this property. Beautiful!

Location was unbelievable, right on water. We loved this house. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to accommodate twelve adults. Host contacted us right after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. We will return soon.

Good location and decent place

Location is good - close to everything and house is set up well with most everything you’d need for a large group. We had 9 in our party and everyone had adequate space. The garage is tight - and it’s a PIA to get in and out of. The partition in the garage is not a good thing and one of our party damaged his car on it. There were also no address numbers on the outside of the house which made it difficult to find in the dark. Grill didn’t work so we couldn’t make dinner one night and they were prompt to come out and look at it. Repaired the next day. Overall not a bad place.

Great House with a view

Perfect house with a view. The house worked great with our group. It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on one of the decks. Easy neighborhood to walk around!

Great vacation in Oceanside

The property was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our party of nine adults. Wonderful views if the ocean and the property had easy access to other recreational activities. We enjoyed our stay and we will return!

Beach weekend

My friends and I had an absolutely phenomenal time! The VRBO house was beautiful and spacious. We were close to downtown and had plenty of space for all 12 of us. The management company was very communicative and helpful. If we ever want a fancy beach weekend again, we will definitely book here.

Several observations: There was no garbage disposal. The oven didn't work. One of the clothes dryers was not working. Beach access was not easy. (The description said 'rocky beach,' but there was no beach - just rocks.) There was no notebook or binder of information about the property or the surrounding area - you had to go online to access any such info. I did not feel communication with the property managers was very good - I had to phone them on Thursday prior to our checking in on Saturday in order to get info about the procedures. They should have been in better contact with me. Otherwise, we are a happy family and enjoyed our get-away.

Perfect birthday getaway

We had an awesome time staying here! It had ample room for all 14 adults to eat and hang out together, and everyone had a place to sleep. The views were breathtaking, and the location was great—we could walk to the beach and a few cafes and restaurants nearby. While the property was amazing, the property managers also made this a great experience! They were easy to communicate with and answered questions and requests super quickly. Overall. I would absolutely book here again!

Great facility, poorly managed

Family of 14 had a good time despite serious issues not addressed in a timely manner. We were there from Wednesday to Sunday. It took until Friday to have ceiling fans cleaned (reported Wednesday after gunk flew off one of the fa blades over a bed). It took until Saturday to get a shower curtain rod replaced. It took until Saturday to get a new mattress (requested Thursday, then they brought the wrong size first, then the right size without linens. Hardest part was the inconsistency of hot water. Among the 14 of us, we took 20 cold showers. I called Beachfront only the Monday after we left to register my complaint. The employee said they took notes and said they a manager would call me Tuesday at the latest. I called on Friday when I hadn’t heard. It’s now been ten days and I still haven’t heard from them. They violated California law requiring hot water. I cannot recommend them at all.
