The Playa Bonita complex has 24 hour security, a beautiful in ground pool, lounging chairs, table and chairs inside the gated community as well as beach chairs and palapas available for Playa Bonita registered guests directly on the beach. Explore the city with all its wonderful shops & galleries with restaurants and exciting nightlife, all within walking distance of Playa Bonita.

Casa San Francisco vacation location of Puerto Vallarta is a 1200 sq. ft. ocean front condo located on the 5th floor of the building which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a completely equipped kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a new water filter. You will also find bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra seating area, a local land line, wireless internet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer.

The Dining room has capacity seating for 6. The living room furniture is fairly new and includes television with satellite and DVD player, ceiling fan, and working desk.

Walk onto the terrace from the living room and enjoy your evening cocktail as you watch the world famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets, or sip on your morning coffee.

The main bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, closet and private bathroom.

The guest bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, closet and private bathroom.

In unit improvements in 2021 include New AC units in the bedrooms, new ceiling fans, new refrigerator, new full size washer / dryer, new iron / ironing board, and new linens / towels.

Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE:
All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the PVRPV concierge and / or the front desk at the time of check out.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
