Summary:
Walk north and in less than 5 minutes you'll stumble into the Old Colorado City Trail which takes you directly to the High Point Overlook in Garden of the Gods.
Enjoy mountain views out of the bay window while relaxing in the open concept living room where you can gather with friends, family and play games.
Enjoy a Colorado craft brew as you play pool with your family, or your buddies.
The Space:
Spacious, open & bright. Modern, with a Colorado flavor—this place is set up perfectly for travelers and guests. The 4 bedrooms mean everyone has a comfortable, private place to rest and relax. The pool room with big windows and mountain views, the sun-lit living room and entertainer's kitchen, the exposed wood beams, If we were traveling to Colorado Springs, this is the place we'd book! And did we mention it's just a few hundred yards from the southern border of Garden of the Gods park? You can literally walk (or ride) right out the door to access the parks miles and miles of world class trails and spectacular sights.
Family friendly home with keyless entry and fast Wi-Fi for business travelers.
To give you peace of mind, we have a 5 star cleaning team that keeps this home immaculately clean and disinfected (especially high-touch areas) so you can enjoy your stay and feel safe.

The house is all yours! 4 bedrooms, entertainer's kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, billiards room, living room and private back yard. We know you'll love it!
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and located just minutes (or seconds!) from one of the most well-known and well-publicized attractions in Colorado Springs. Garden of the Gods is a magical, world-renowned expression of Western, natural beauty. Red rock formations tower hundreds of feet above visitors at the base of the foothills of the Rockies and Pikes Peak. This location is also close to some other, amazing attractions including great food and drink in Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Pikes Peak itself is just a few minutes to the west. Downtown Colorado Springs is just a few minutes to the east. A perfect location!
Getting Around:
There are many natural attractions extremely close by and also restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance but we recommend using an Uber, Lyft, or having your own rental car when coming to Colorado Springs. A bike too! RIDE Colorado!
Other Things to Note:
*We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.
* Central AC
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the following areas:
1. On the front/West side of the house facing the front yard and the street.
This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
