This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room upstairs. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchenette downstairs. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Use of one Golf Cart is included. Ask about 2nd available golf cart. 2nd golf cart available for an additional fee upon request. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CARTS. Short walk or golf cart ride to private community Beach. This pier house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and the downstairs has 1 queen bed and bunk beds. Pull out queen in living room. Sleeps 10. 4 new televisions. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. Large dining room. Great outdoor deck with gas grill as well as outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your day. Lounge at the outdoor adult or children's pool. Close to community center, playground, tennis courts and indoor pool. WiFi and cable TV included. No smoking. Well trained pets are welcome, and the dog park is right across the street. Make sure you register with a pet though. There is a $175 pet fee.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The community is quiet and family friendly. The owner was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

All about the grandbabies

Enjoyed our stay

Our host was great communicating everything we needed for an effortless stay. We brought two vehicles and had plenty of space to park. The beach was very close and with the golf cart getting around was very easy. And the kitchen is ready to be test daily as we did. I found everything needed to cook every menu item we thought about. This host is A++ and we can see us coming back again

17 yr campers this was 1st vrbo rental

Communication great with owner.! Brian was very nice. We stayed 8 nights. The only issue was the cleanliness of the place. We had to do a major overall clean before we were comfortable to stay. The 3 adults and 2 hairless puppy dogs stayed upstairs in the main house. We did go in to the apt downstairs which was immaculate and very neat. We cleaned again before leaving the house. Nice having the golf cart and community was beautiful & quite.

Very Clean and Well Equipped

Family Vacation

We stayed for two weeks and Brian was an awesome host! He was super responsive and super accommodating. The house was great location, easy drive on the golf cart to the beach and pool. I would love to see the bedrooms updated like the kitchen (which was beautiful) but the beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Plus, who really stays in the bedroom when you're on vacation anyways. It was all we needed for stay in Myrtle Beach. Thanks Brian!

Property was very run down. Steps where rotten on the deck. Placed smelled like mold. Master bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.
