Apartamento aconchegante, Pontos a melhorar: disponibilizar Wi-Fi Instalação de ar condicionado. Paria de frente (Gonzaguinha) segundo SETESB está imprópria para banho, daí tnha praias próximas de automóvel próprias para banho.

Localização ótima , apartamento péssimo

Estive com minha família.Localizacao otima,mas apartamento péssimo.Sofa da sala todo rasgado,tv q não funciona.Banheiro com água escorrendo no chão o tempo todo, gabinete da pia do banheiro colado com fita adesiva.Nunca tinha visto um box tão pequeno,não dava pra lavar o pé.Quarto com cheiro forte de urina.Comunicacao com a proprietária horrível.So me retornava bem a noite ,quando via e não respondia.Parecia q não estava pagando e sim implorando.Nunca mais voltarei.

Fomos bem recebidos, o local é aconchegante e próximo de mercados, restaurantes, farmácia, postos, padaria e fácil acesso para pegar balsa para visitar outras praias.
