The listing is for the main master bedroom with ensuite and buit-in robe (this is one of the three bedrooms in my townhouse). Underground parking and super-fast WiFi available. The room and the property is fully furnished with modern furniture. The location is superb. Bus stop and Swinger Hill Shops (Indian, Italian, Vietnamese restaurants, IGA-X, etc) are 200 meters away. Canberra Hospital, Mawson shops (cafes, restaurants, groceries), and Westfield Woden (Coles/Woolies, bars, food court, etc) are only 1.5km away (18 min walk).

The space:
The property is a near new 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhouse. The listed master bedroom is in the ground floor, away from the other tenants in the upper floor. The upper floor (consisting of the second master bedroom+ensuite and the third bedroom+bathroom) is occupied by professional full time workers. See the attached floor plan.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe and there is of course a modern ensuite attached to it.

Guest access:
Apart from the private bedroom+ensuite, guests are more than welcome to use all communal areas, including the kitchen, living/dining room, and the sunny court yard.

The guest is expected to clean their room/ensuite prior to check-out, or a cleaning fee of $200 will be collected.

Sorry, smoking is not permitted in the property. The property is not pet or kid friendly.
