Very convenient walk to Wellesley & Babson Colleges, all Schools, summer Camps & Train to Boston, bus, WoleFood & RB grocery stores & restaurants. nearby fields,play ground,tennis courts, parks; 2Br (3 beds + mattress), Office Desks, 2Ba, open concept living room & Piano,TV, dining room, fully-stocked kitchen. Two story contemporary colonial home with open floor plan and 2 patios, and beautiful greenery in back yard and all around.

We will provide everything you need to call our house your home! The bedroom has a door with lock to provide privacy as well as closets/wardrobes for clothing.

You have access to both the full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor.

There are many windows, making our home bright and airy!

Our home is perfect for families, business trips, visiting students, and much more. On a budget, this is the ideal home for privacy and convenience.

We visited the Boston Area for the World Cup. We found the house very Authentic to the Area. Lovely large Garden and decking. All utilities were as advertised. Checkin/out process was very easy.Wellesley area itself was lovely and people very friendly.

We needed to be in the area but away from our home. This location was great for access to Wellesley shopping, dining and grocery stores AND easy to get into Boston. Quiet neighborhood considering how close it was to a major route too. Rules were clear and gave good guardrails for activities

Nice stay

The house is big enough but the host has a lot of restrictions that are easy to follow but makes you feel a little bit uncomfortable when you first read them. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet, and is close to Wellesly square and stores.

The air conditioner for the second floor doesn’t work. The bedrooms were warm as it was summer time and it was very difficult to sleep.

Enjoying Two Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms this entire home (No share with any others). We host Marathon family at April. Great backyard and 2 patios surrounded by beautiful greenery, trees, and flowers.

We will provide everything you need to call our house your home! Each bedroom has a door with lock & key, to provide privacy, as well as closets/wardrobes for clothing. You have access to both the full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor.

There are many windows, making our home bright and airy! Heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the summer.

Our home is perfect for families, business trips, visiting students, and much more. On a budget, this is the ideal home for privacy, convenience, and full amenities. Beautiful home surrounding with large fields, tennis courts, and parks.
