The place wasn't ready when we arrive, then we don’t have access to the mastercloset since the belongings of the host were stored there. I approached about the mastercloset and i was informed that if i don't like it to leave, so we did and got another place. Fortunately I was charge for an overnight stay.

When you arrived, we did not charge you for an additional one-night stay—however, it’s also important to note that the reason the closet was unavailable was due to the host’s belongings being stored there, and your request was discussed at the time. At that point, your family decided not to continue the stay, and you secured another place. We take guest concerns seriously, and we hope you still enjoy the rest of your vacation.

The Perfect Stay

This house could it have been a more perfect house for my family and I to stay at for our vacation. The location was convenient and not too far from most of our destinations, the neighborhood was quaint and respectful and April was such a easy host to work with.
