Located on E. 6th St. in the heart of Austin’s downtown entertainment district, Inn Cahoots offers stylish & spacious accommodations for large groups! This 2100 sq. ft. townhome-style suite features a private kitchen, living, dining area & half bath downstairs, plus 5 bedrooms (w/ up to 13 beds) & 3 full bathrooms upstairs!

Guests also have access to a shared pool, rooftop bar, a swanky cocktail lounge, and garden space where you'll find yard games, food trucks, and live music!

The space
Inn Cahoots is truly one-of-a-kind! We are an Airbnb-style hotel that specializes in large group travel including corporate, family, and friend gatherings. Our property was designed for groups wanting to create moments together in Austin! The hybrid hotel / AirBnB model allows us to offer our guests the best of both worlds: the comfort of a private living room and kitchen coupled with the standards of a hotel all on almost a full block of outdoor garden space.

Inn Cahoots has a hotel operating license, meaning that the City code restricting the number of guests that can stay in a short-term rental does NOT apply to us! This is why we boast that we are the ONLY place in Austin that you can legally host a group of more than 6 unrelated guests or 10 adults total!

This listing, Unit 2, is a split-level unit with a kitchen, living area, dining area and half bath on the first floor, plus 5 bedrooms (w/ up to 13 beds) and 3 full bathrooms on the second floor.

Given our flexible layout, we have 2 other adjacent units (Unit 2 and 3) that have first floor living spaces separated by retractable walls that can be opened or closed to combine the downstairs living spaces (only applicable if more than one of the units are rented by your group). They also have exterior facing, frosted-glass garage doors that open out onto the pool veranda, creating an indoor/outdoor feel.

Finally, Units 4 and Unit 5 are single-level suites with kitchen, living, dining area, plus 4 bedrooms (w/ up to 11 beds) and 3 full bathrooms all on the third floor. Unit 5 has the added bonus of a private, outdoor patio area!

Note: All five units are fully self-contained and private. The pool will be private to each unit for 3 hours every day, scheduled online by you! Please ask our team for more details regarding hours of operation for our roofdeck bar!

In addition to your own private unit, which includes a living room, full kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you will have access to:

- Pool & Pool Courtyard Area, which will be available for your group to privately reserve for 3-hour time slots each day of your stay!

- Access to an expansive 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor roofdeck with amazing views of the downtown Austin skyline!

- A large garden space with food trucks, yard games, and bar-style TVs for sports.

Other things to note
Every unit is equipped with an iPad that connects to speakers for wireless music control!

The pool is small about 8x24ft — It's perfect for cooling off during the hot summer months in Austin, but is also heated so it can be enjoyed year round. Your group will be able to privately reserve the pool for a 3-hour time slot each day of your stay!

We have limited on-site parking available for our guests, but there is plenty of metered street parking nearby. The on-site spots are first-come, first-serve. Our team is onsite and available to help direct you for parking needs day-of.
- We charge a $25/person/night extra guest fee for each guest over 5 in this unit.
- Events such as weddings require pre-approval, and we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for such events.
- Please contact us in advance if your party includes children under the age of 18 because we sometimes host bachelor/ette parties in adjoining units.
- While we often host special events with photographers and videographers, any professional filming or photoshoots that take place onsite require advanced approval by the property owner. The distribution or posting of videography or photography taken onsite without permission is strictly prohibited.
