Daintree House is a comfortable, ground level house, not far from the beach or town, perfect for your family holiday. Level walk along footpath to shops. With a massive fully fenced back yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and 2 dining areas makes this an ideal getaway.

Feeling energetic? This property is the perfect starting point for the spectacular Lennox Point Walk. A walk that takes in one of the most famous surf spots in the world. You can walk right to the top of Lennox Point, or keep walking and make it over to Boulders Beach. If a coffee and muffin is more your style, then a short walk will bring you to the best cafes in town. Or a stroll along the beachfront will bring you into the heart of Lennox Head where you'll find a wonderful selection of cafes, bars and retail outlets.

Great house !

Great property, suited our needs. Good location, short walk to shops, pub and beach. Bed in master room needs replacing could feel the springs. Otherwise overall it was great.

Perfect place for a north coast getaway.

We were in Byron Bay for a friends wedding and decided to make a week of it. When we found this place online we knew we had a winner. It was a good size, comfortable and homely, all the things we wanted for a weeks getaway. Lennox Head is an absolute gem of a place too. Still very much the quiet coastal town the Far North Coast was dotted with years ago. A perfect place to relax and unwind but close enough to Byron and South East Queensland to flit back and forth as desired. The property itself was lovely, 5 stars. The only suggestion we might make is to install some AC. The place has ceiling fans throughout and they were certainly necessary but the sticky and humid east coast summer nights can be a bit uncomfortable without proper aircon. Otherwise, Daintree is perfect.

Great convenient location

The location was perfect as we were there for my daughter's wedding. The place was spacious and so close to all shops and cafes. Our only negative feedback was the house did not have wifi and we had very poor signal in the house so we had to keep going outside to make calls. When we originally booked it did not say that there was no wifi. I think this is something that could be easily fixed and would make holidaying easier, especially for visitors who rely on a wifi network. It tends to be a standard feature nowadays. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Why go to Byron when there is Lennox Head?

A lovely part of the world where you can make your break what you want it to be: relaxing beach experience, subtropical rainforest adventure, party time, foodies delight. This property is perfect for a family or large group. Peaceful, clean and well equipped. The only criticism I have is that wifi would be useful given the strange patchy mobile network at the address.

A Home Away From Home

We were a family of 6, staying at the Daintree House Lennox Head for 1 week over Christmas/New Year. We found the accomodation exactly as the photos depicted on the LJ Hooker webite. It was an older style furnished 3 bedroom house with a secure double garage, located in a quiet residential street. It was spacious both inside and outside, with a well maintained flat private grassed backyard with a large undercover pergola and sitting area. We found the beds comfortable with clean linen and bedding provided. The kitchen was fully functional with plenty of cooking appliances, utensils and crockery etc. The washing machine was clean in the separate laundry. The bathrooms were old, but were both clean. The location was good, as it was only about a 5 minute drive to the local beach, lake and shops. I would highly recommend staying at the Daintree House if you are looking for a home away from home style of accomodation in Lennox Head. Paula from LJ Hooker was very friendly and helpful when making our booking.

Welcoming and Comfortable

My family and I enjoyed 3 weeks accommodation at Daintree House. It is a large home, is well kept, inside and out. The house had every amenity we needed. The back yard is private and fully enclosed. The house was very welcoming and comfortable, we felt right at home immediately. We cannot wait to return next year!
