With Air conditioning and fans throughout, direct access to the river with large grass area idea for kids, a mini Webber BBQ, and outdoor dining for complete relaxation. De longhi coffee machine, books and games. A King bed with its ensuite and 2 Singles to accommodate 4 guests. This complex is secure, and small, and has a lift and lock-up garage for 1 vehicle.

In the midst of busy Mooloolaba, this is a quiet and relaxing oasis. A well stocked apartment, clean, well maintained, and easy to access. We will be back!

This property has no WIFI which I can’t not believe in today’s world. Also if you want open a bottle Wine you can’t they dont have a bottle opener. The people that live in the apartment building above are not friendly and clearly dont like people renting the apartment. The front door key to the building is so hard to open that we just did not bother and went around the back to get into building. When we asked the Rental company about this they said it was fine!!! I would not recommend this apartment.
The property was presented nicely, very little sun but a good size and quite comfortable. However…. At 6.30am we were woken by a crane that proceeded to drop a load of flooring material into the unit directly above us. After a palette load of flooring was boisterously dropped into the room above our bedroom, the drills started. We contacted the agent who informed us they knew nothing about the building renovation. They were very polite and understanding and sorted our a refund for the outstanding days we hadn’t spent there. There was no acknowledgement however of the early morning wake up, early pack up and inconvenience of having to find another property.
Apart from the over zealous neighbours that seemed hell bent on making a point of what’s their property and where we were supposed to occupy, the stay was most enjoyable.
It was so good we are definitely going to book for another holiday.

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient
An easy, comfortable apartment on the Spit of Mooloolaba with access to the safest part of Mooloolaba beach across the road to direct access to the river from the back yard.
We’ve stayed numerous times as an older family group and found it suits us. It would suit a couple or a young family too.
A short walk to the cappuccino strip and restaurants one way. The other way is the worlds best fish and chip shops on the Spit.

Great holiday apartment!
Thankyou to the owners of this apartment for providing a well equipped and well looked after holiday unit! Found it to be very clean and comfortable, unfortunately previous visitors didn't clean some kitchen items (why would they do that!!? gross!!) We walked everywhere, to the beach, the spit, shops, restaurants, allowing our car to be secure and off the street. Great view of the canal and boats from the outdoor area and able to kick a ball on the grass with the kids. Great Mooloolaba break :)

Very nice location!!
We stayed for a week in January. An excellent location in Mooloolaba, with the beach across the road (with flags) and the river out the back of the unit. An easy walk into the guts of Mooloolaba, and also up to the fish and chip shops along the spit. Unit was as described, with a large fully equipped kitchen ( I was able to bake a birthday cake). WIFI would have been good, as the wife is studying, but we made do.
