About this property

Comfy home away from home with the charm of yesteryear. Avail for rent is the upper level of the home 3 bedrooms. One king bed, 2 queen beds and one room has additional single bed in adjourning space. Lovely deck on the upper level. The downstairs has alfresco, laundry and 9 person spa. No access to back yard and no pets. The lower level has unit that is rented but does not interfere with the privacy of your stay. The access to the lower level is separate. The downstairs bathroom and laundry have been renovated.

We spend time travelling pre-COVID and with work so know what it is like to try and get a nice comfy home type accommodation at an affordable cost. We don't offer five-star resorts - this is a home that is 100 yards old Queenslander. French doors open living on the deck. Yes, it gets leaves and dust blowing in, but it is clean and tidy and comfy. That is what you can expect - a practical old-style home

What makes this property unique

We have a 9 person spa - just don't heat it up because it takes forever and in our weather, it's nice when it's cool. Additional shower toilet downstairs in recently renovated laundry. The house is a unique older but very spacious home. We only offer homes to families on request as we have had too much issue and damage to the house with guests./children leaving a mess and breaking items.
