Funky cool first floor condo opens right onto the beach. Sleeps 6!

Unit 120, which we call “Fifty Sprays of Wave,” is a ground-floor condo that is colorful and cozy. We have embraced the classic elements of the former Sea Gypsy Motel, and complimented them with a colorful decor that brings life to this vacation space. Open the broad glass doors that face the ocean and take in the sounds and smells of the Pacific Ocean. Take a few steps outside, walk down a short set of stairs and bury your feet in the sand.

Eight-foot sliding glass doors give you a constant view of the beach. Sunsets are beautiful, and so are the occasional rain clouds that appear over a flat horizon that seems to go on forever.

Staying on the ground floor provides you instant beach access. If you’ve got kids, you can watch them build sandcastles on the beach below. They’re never far from your comfortable chair, or the sound of your voice announcing, “It���s dinner time!”

Fifty Sprays of Wave can sleep up to six. We have two queen beds, and a sofa that converts into a double bed.
