It is nestled 75 feet off of Congress Avenue, The house is maintained in a Park like setting with large decks under majestic live oak trees A truly spectacular setting! The house has four bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The bedrooms are made up of two queens and two full beds. It boost a modern kitchen and a beautiful dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve even the most elaborate meals. The whole property is tastefully decorated and offers guests a warm inviting place to enjoy Austin''s activities. The property maintains a beautiful outside media room. The perfect place for a party. The property includes six Airstreams. Airstreams are nested under a 250 year old live oak each connected with rock paths. Must see in person to fully appreciate. Property can accommodate up to 25 sleeping — 300 event guests. Property is perfect for weddings, corporate retreats.
